Women's ministry at Higher Ground
Church is to evangelize women for growth and service to the Lord. To
help them physically, mentally & spiritually through bible study,
social events, working activities & food ministry.
All of the planned activities are
centered around our desire as women to serve our Lord Jesus Christ &
to be available with gifts that can be used by Him for His glory.
Women's Meeting:
1'st Saturday of each month in the sanctuary @ 10:00am. Lunch follows.

Children ages 5 - 11 are taught about
the Word & Love every Sunday morning in the Fellowship Hall @ 10:30

Higher Ground Church wants to ensure a rich learning environment which will not only teach the Word of God but also shape the children into active members of the church in a fun filled way. We want to add something to your children's lives while also building a relationship with our Heavenly Father. We want instill the joy of the Lord by teaching them the Word of God through worship & praise and just being good christians, so they may spread the Word into the world and our community.
Jr. High School students are looking for a director at this
time.
Their classroom is located in South parking lot. Ages 11 - 14.
Nursery/Pre-School with Jimmie Diane Meadors as Directors
Higher Ground Church also has a nursery for ages 0 - 2, a Pre-school for ages 3 - 4. Plus a newly remodeled mother & baby's cry room. Which is adjacent to the sancutary & you can still be part of the service and take care of your newborn. Supplies and changing table are made available for your convenience.
Jimmie Diane's vision for 2010 is to create a loving atmosphere and have our children experience the peace and joy of the Holy Spirit.
(TAG) Teens After God:
Our Vision at TAG (Teens After God) is to reach out to the young people of our community with love and acceptance. We believe that when someone learns to respect themselves they will then respect others and the things around them. We introduce young people to the Lord through high energy worship and a strong foundation based on the Word of God.
